Once we’ve set up the appointment, we will run diagnostics to ascertain what’s wrong. If you receive our diagnostic results and choose not to have your machine serviced, we will charge a service and diagnostic fee and you can use another repair service. If your machinery is not in your facility, but out on location, simply let us know.

K & S will not only service and repair your equipment, we are trained and certified for annual inspections recommended by the manufacturer (OEM) and as required by OSHA / ANSI A92. With expert firsthand knowledge K & S will inspect your equipment and provide a detailed list of all components checked and serviced with a detail report indicating any underlying problems. Getting the Job Done Right the First Time

As an independent company, we have only a few service technicians on staff. Most service calls can be completed within a few hours. In some situations, we are unable to make a service call the same day, but, guarantee we will be there within 24 hours. If ever our services fail to restore your machine to perfect working condition, we will be back as soon as possible at no additional charge.
